Incentive Contest for my twitter fans!

Hey Twittervillers,

Since I've established such a loyal and wonderful group of followers and friends who are patiently awaiting the release of my debut novel, I have created a contest which consists of the following:

All who meet the criteria as outlined below will receive a complimentary autographed copy of my book.

1. You must be following me on twitter. That means, you must show up in my list of followers.

2. You must get 20 people to follow me AND request a sneak peek of the novel by sending me a valid email address to my DM box.

3. Send a @reply, DM, or email to let me know what followers you personally invited. Be sure they let me know you sent them.

4. Once you reach 20 names, I will notify you via DM and email to let you know you have been selected to receive your autographed copy.

*Note:

I have taken into consideration that some people follow the same names and groups. So, whoever sends me a reply via DM or email first with their list of names will get credit for those followers.

Unfortunately, I cannot give you credit for people you recommend who are already following me. Please make sure the 20 people you send to me are not already following. If you're not sure, I will let you know.

Thank you for sending ur sneak peak. As I said on twitter, it was an enjoyable read....short, but enjoyable. As for Late Night, I felt it was true 2 form, humorous, realistic, with the club scene & atmosphere. Also the conversation amongst the girlfriends. There were lines in the exchange of words between Johnna & Debra that I have used even with my own friends. I think Zaire is going 2 be an interesting character. I look 4ward 2 reading more about him when ur novel debuts. I most like the chemistry between the two of them, kind of like a soulmate thing, but not quite.
The Helicopter was hilarious! It's good to see an author who can strike a balance in their writing. Some stay on the road to tragedy and forget about the humor in life. I appreciate that about what I have read in this last chapter. As I said before, I enjoyed reading what you have sent me and can't wait for the book to be published.

To end my little review, I'll say thank you 4 allowing me the privilege of reading the excerpts from ur upcoming novel. I look 4ward 2 purchasing it when it comes out.

Yes, the first chapter was graphic, but what I really appreciated was  the explanation of the confusing messages rape sends to its victims. It then becomes a catalyst for all the social inequities and self-esteem issues that more often than not crop up with these victims and lead them to committing to choices that play on the line of morality. 

Late Night has an appeal to it in the way it mixes many comedic elements to help drive character development. I like Johnna with Deborah serving as the foil to her is great. Deborah is a hilarious character that brings out a lot of elements of spontaneity. She was very fun.

 

I find the story so far to be intriguing and i actually look forward to see how the "bizarre love triangle" actually develops. Deborah seems scandalous. lol. Thank you for the preview.

Thanks so much for sharing with me! I'm a young writer-- advertising copywriter for a living, but I'm interested in writing books/novels-- so I really appreciate you taking the time to share your work with me. It's so inspiring to see people with great ideas, like yourself, get things down on paper and form incredible stories!
That is a very profound and powerful start! Now I REALLY want to know what happens to her as she matures and grows. You really paint a picture, from the underbelly of society, of an absolutely disgusting male character (the Dad just made me sick). Even though I read through this a couple days ago, some of what the character witnesses is still burned in my mind. It's disturbing, (no doubt about it) but it's needed to create that pull and to make an impact-- not to mention to set the scene for WHO the protagonist is why she does what she does.
I'll be anxious to read the rest of the book when it's released! Please keep in touch and let me know of any other opportunities to catch a glimpse into the book! So glad I was able to look at it. Keep in touch!

Secrets - Johnna's step father is sick for real. I understand what she means when she is saying that she didn't know right and wrong, good and bad. I mean how could she know, she is only 6 years old. I'm sure her mom didn't have that "TALK" with her because she is so young. He is gross, some molesters always talking and saying stuff like, "it's a fun game-come play" or "it's our little secret". Her mother is completely clueless. If I was her, I would have questioned him without a doubt. I just feel so sorry for Johnna and Mariah.

Late Night - Her and her friend Debra are crazy and funny. Their relationship is one of the true definitions of a real friendship. I don't know what I would do without all of my girls. Zaire (I absolutely love that name) seems like a pretty smooth guy. I wish there were more guys like him, lol. He just seems straight forward with things so far.

I seriously cannot wait for this book to come out. You are a very talented and creative writer. I just want to know if her mom found out what happened and where is Mariah and her step father. This caught my eyes and I know it will be a page turner. Thank you for letting me read it.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading the three chapters. You had me after the first few lines. I felt like I knew Johnna personally. I cried my eyeballs out when Mariah tried to plead with the father. She tried to save Johnna in a way. And then when she was 'shaking like a leaf' in the back seat, I had the stop reading for a few. Wow...intense!!!
I like the main character. She's accomplished, witty, honest. That's what I gather. I absolutely adore Debra. She is a fool! I love her comedy. I was cracking up when I read about the shared underwear story. You have to tell that story. I'm soo intrigued. I'm very interested in reading more about Johnna. I'm happy you shared that with me. I needed that cry and that laugh.

The bonus chapter was hilarious!!  He was swinging his thing like "the propeller of a helicopter"! When I read the title of the chapter, I was wondering how the word 'helicopter' would fit in. 

I loved it! I was surprised when she looked because I was sure she wasn't going to. This sneak peak Is gonna drive me crazy waiting for the book to finally come out. I'm so in love with the characters!
